ALMA

We’ve been located beside the market square in Gdańsk since 1994. We manage over 3.000 m2 of office and recreational space, 200 m2 of residential property and 12.000 m2 of warehouse space, across several locations.


We are constantly increasing our potential and are currently building a 4.400 m2 warehouse.
We have a portfolio of over 50 satisfied clients. Our clients come from a variety of sectors, including pharmaceutical, grocery, technology and electrical, IT, carpentry and bespoke furniture, alcohol and paint wholesale, construction and advertising businesses.

Our history

ALMA

Our business goes back to 1994 when we bought a 3.000 m2 warehouse in Gdańsk Orunia and prepared it for our first client.
In 2001 we built 3.300 m2 of office and warehouse space in the same location. In 2006 we acquired a further five properties in Pruszcz Gdański, which required extensive renovation.
Further investments came in 2011, when we acquired a  2.400 m2 property in Pruszcz Gdański, and in 2014, with a further 1.000 m2 at the same location and two new residential properties.


2015 saw the completion of a new development in Gdańsk Orunia.
